Since 1989, the Brussels Mediterranean Film Festival has presented a selection of recent film productions from Mediterranean countries, including Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus, Croatia, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece,Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Malta, Morocco, Montenegro, Palestine, Serbia, Slovenia, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey.The festival aims to allow audiences to discover films from these countries and to promote their distribution, as well as to inform about Mediterranean cultures.
