Synopsis
“Marcedes” is a feature biopic chronicling the history and transformation of a country, through the perspective of a car and its family. The iconic Mercedes Ponton 180 arrives in Lebanon in 1960, integrates into Lebanese society and becomes a survivor as it witnesses 50 years of the country’s history.

This brave documentary is both a personal, cross-cultural love story, and a reflection on the impact of the Cold War and the universal nature of conflict
